Estimates, not professional advice

TrueRate AU provides general calculations using the figures you enter. Results do not account for every award, agreement, tax rule, business structure, insurance requirement or personal circumstance. They are not financial, tax, accounting, employment or legal advice. You remain responsible for checking your figures and obtaining professional advice before relying on a result.

Digital Rate Packs

A Rate Pack is a personalised digital report generated from the inputs supplied at checkout. Prices are in Australian dollars. Access is delivered after Stripe confirms payment. You may print and use your Rate Pack for your own work or business negotiations, but you may not resell, copy or distribute the product as a competing template or service.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep benchmark information current and the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that an estimate will be suitable for a particular contract. Government rules and rates can change. The date shown in the calculator tells you which period the displayed benchmark is intended for.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, liability for a failure of a purchased digital service is limited to supplying it again or refunding the amount paid.

Privacy notice

Free calculator

The free calculation runs in your browser. TrueRate AU does not require an account or intentionally store your calculator inputs in its own customer database.

Purchases

Stripe processes checkout and card details under its own privacy policy. TrueRate AU receives payment status, the purchaser email, transaction timing and the rate inputs needed to generate the purchased report. Card numbers are not received or stored by TrueRate AU.

Technical information

Hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical logs such as browser type, request time and IP address to operate and protect the service. Information is not sold. It may be disclosed where required by law, to protect the service, or to providers needed to deliver it.

Your choices

You can use the free calculator without identifying yourself. For questions about a purchase or personal information, use the business contact details supplied on your Stripe receipt so the transaction can be located securely.

Refund policy

Because a Rate Pack is generated and delivered immediately from the buyer’s selected inputs, change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered after access is delivered. This does not limit Australian Consumer Law rights. If the report is not delivered, is materially faulty, or does not match the product description, use the contact details on the Stripe receipt and include the purchase email and date so the issue can be fixed or refunded promptly.
